The Bookers' programme is points-based. Membership is FREE.
Every MYR 1 earned is equivalent to one (1) point. Members will earn points for every room reservations made and/or events booked and materialised at participating hotels based on pre-determined qualifying rates.
Points are cumulative. There are no black-out dates on points accumulated.
A member's points will not be lost or forfeited as long as the programme is running and the person is still a member.
Adjustments will be made to the number of Reward Points accrued in the Member’s account if there are any disputed credit(s) or debit(s) posted to the Member’s account, including but not limited to, those arising from billing disputes. Any disputed transactions/billings will not earn Reward Points.
All points earned are valid for a period of three (3) years. Member must have a minimum balance of 1,000 accumulated points to be considered for renewal. Reward Points that are not redeemed at the end of the 3rd year and upon cessation of membership due to non-renewal or any other circumstances shall be forfeited.
Potential members may need to obtain permission from their employers to join the programme, and companies have their rights to assign a representative to participate in the programme.
Programme is open to Executive Assistants, Administrative Assistants or anyone booking individual travel for their
colleagues and/or friends. Convention planners and third-party meeting planners and travel agencies/agents receiving
contracted discounted rates or commissions are not eligible for membership.
Rewards may be modify or substitute at the sole discretion of the Programme Management with offers/rewards of similar value without prior notice.
Rewards may not be used in conjunction with other offers and discounts unless otherwise stated at the time of redemption.
Reward Points hold no monetary value and can only be used for redemption of Reward Items. Reward Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
The Programme Management reserves the right to discontinue this programme at any time without notice. In the event this programme is discontinued, at the Management’s discretion, outstanding points earned and incentive offers made may still be honoured. All outstanding Reward Points must be redeemed within 30 days of the termination date and will be automatically cancelled upon the expiry of this 30-day period.
The Programme Management may use any of the following modes to communicate notices in relations to this Programme to the Members:
Individual notice to Members (whether by written notice or via electronic means) sent to the Member’s latest address/email address as maintained in the Programme’s records.

The Programme Management reserves the right to discontinue membership privileges and void any Reward Points balance if any unauthorised points are accrued or redeemed.
The Programme Management reserves the right to discontinue any membership account and void all points accrued should member’s account remains inactive for a period of six (6) months or more.

Rewards for Dorsett Hotels & Resorts and Silka Hotels (SEA) can only be used subject to availability. All rewards are also subject to their own relative terms and conditions.
Points will only be awarded after guests have checked out and full payment of the room stay or event has been received.
Members must redeem and receive their rewards before they plan to use them.
Once a redemption request has been submitted, it cannot be reversed, cancelled or changed. Members may occasionally receive complimentary incentive offers. Incentive offers may be issued in recognition of various events, such as Top Producers, birthdays and anniversaries. Members will be notified of offer eligibility via email and/or on a transaction receipt.
Members enjoy 10% off Best Available Rates (room only) and 20% off total F & B bill at restaurants operated by the participating hotels. Membership card is to be presented prior to dining to enjoy the discount. Discount is not valid in conjunction with any other discounts/offers or special promotions unless otherwise stated. Discount is for dine-in only and not valid with Room Service, cigarettes and alcoholic beverages. Other Terms and Conditions may apply.
Redemptions are to be made online. It is members duty to check and ensure that there are sufficient points prior to redemption. Points earned (subject to payment received upon completion of transaction) shall be credited at the end of each month; and members may view their updated account on the 7th day of each preceding month.
Reward Points may not be redeemed until they have been credited into the Member’s account.
Reward Points redeemed during reward redemption are deducted from member’s account balance at time of redemption.
Where delivery of Redemption Offers/Deals is required, item/s shall be made to the address furnished by the Member and deemed received by the Member if there is a written acknowledgement of receipt of the item/s. If the address furnished is an office address, the acknowledgement can be by any member of the office. Claims of non-receipt of Reward items will not be entertained after one (1) month from date of redemption. There will be no delivery of Reward items to a P O Box address or an overseas address. Points will not be awarded for discounted banquet bills.
At the Programme Management discretion, redemption of incentive offers may be limited to one per transaction.
Rewards may be redeemed in multiples and in combinations. They may also be redeemed in conjunction with an Incentive Offer.
Offer values and rewards may only be redeemed by the member. All Redemption Offers/Deals are composed with care. However, The Programme Management reserves the right to cancel the Member’s request for redemption of Reward Offers/Deals if there is a manifest and/or unintended error in the offer/s. The Member will be notified of the cancellation via email and/or SMS.
The Programme Management will make arrangements to deliver the Redeemed Shopping Voucher/s to the member/s within 28 working days (barring any unforeseen circumstances) after receipt of the member’s redemption request.
Member's data may be used by The Programme Management for marketing purposes. Members can unsubscribe at any time.
Replacement of Membership Card A fee of RM50 nett will be levied for replacement of lost/damaged card. A new card will be issued within 21 working days upon receiving such request.
The Programme Management reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms & Conditions with 3 days prior notice. These Terms and Conditions, as the same may be amended from time to time, shall prevail over any other provisions or representations contained in any other promotional materials advertising this Programme.
By participating in this Programme, the Member agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Dorsett Choice.
