Our guests are welcome to use the parking facilities located on Casino Drive at The Star Gold Coast. Dorsett hotel guests can benefit from a special car parking flat rate of $20 per night, for the duration of their stay.  

Please note, car parking is not guaranteed as part of a hotel booking and is subject to availability.  

Best parking for hotel access is on levels 3, 3M and 4. When entering The Star Gold Coast car park, please follow the signage to Tower 1. There are no parking facilities available for high vehicles (over 1.95m).

Alternate paid parking is available at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre and the Oasis Shopping Centre in Broadbeach. You are welcome to drop your luggage off at reception before parking off-site.

We provide complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. Please select The Star Free WiFi in your mobile device's WiFi tab and follow the prompts. 

Isoletto Pool is open daily from 6:00am – 9:00pm 

We are unable to guarantee your check-in before 3pm however if your room is ready prior to this time we will certainly check you in earlier.  We are also happy to hold your luggage until your room becomes available and in the meantime you are very welcome to use our hotel facilities.

Our Reception Team is available 24 hours a day.

In-room dining is available 24 hours through The Star Gold Coast. Please simply locate the " Star@home" QR sticker in your room and follow the instructions. Your device must be connected to “Star Free WiFi.” Ordering requires a valid Australian mobile number and Credit Card. Reception is available to assist guests without international numbers or in case of queries. 

We are strictly a non-smoking property.
