Harvest Buffet
Kickstarting the festive season with three different meal sittings, Christmas at Harvest Buffet covers Christmas Eve, Christmas lunch and Christmas dinner with an all-you-can-eat seafood buffet and a dizzying selection of international favourites for the Christmas dinner menu.
Start with chilled seafood before sampling steaming bowls of delicate dumplings, thai noodles and honey soy chicken. The grill has a wide selection of lamb, beef, chicken and fish, while the carvery is serving up traditional favourites including roast beef, Yorkshire puddings, roast turkey and honey-glazed ham.
Be sure to sample the delights on offer from the Mediterranean menu, with garlic prawns, penne and pomodoro. Salads, desserts, cheese boards and a great selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages finish the menu off perfectly. Inspired by the cliff top restaurants of the Amalfi Coast, Cucina Vivo is serving up a pranzo di natale with a Christmas day menu that pulls the biggest and best flavours from Italian cuisine. Sit down to a specially curated menu that honours traditional and authentic cuisine with modern day interpretations - all while serving up glorious views and a distinctive European festive vibe.
The 4-course lunch begins with a flavourful antipasti of Wagyu Bresaola, Calabrese Salami and San Daniele Prosciutto.
Next up is a mouthwatering seafood platter of AOC Sydney Rock oysters, Mooloolaba King prawns and Moreton Bay bugs, followed by Cape Grim eye fillet or Ocean Trout fillet and South Australian Clams. Lastly, nothing is more traditionally Italian than a Tiramisu using house made savoiardi, mascarpone diplomat crème, Montenegro liquor and coffee.
Assorted white, red and sparkling wines are also on the menu, along with beer and a variety of soft drinks and juices. This delicious dining is only open for Christmas lunch.

The star of Christmas is Christmas Day at The Star Gold Coast Event Centre, bringing an all-you-can-eat Christmas lunch to the Gold Coast.
Feast on a bottomless seafood selection of Moreton Bay Bugs, green lip mussels, Sydney rock oysters, tiger prawns, spanner crab and smoked salmon - or sample the delights of the carving station, with maple glazed ham, herby Milly Hill leg of lamb, roast turkey, baked Tasmanian salmon, and much more.

Celebrate Christmas in the garden amongst cascading greenery and eclectic furnishings with a Christmas Day menu made to satisfy at Garden Kitchen & Bar. Enjoy a delicious 4-course lunch, with menus created using only the finest fresh ingredients and seasonal produce. Start with Garden’s cobb loaf and herb butter
And the charcuterie and cheese with giardiniera. Next up is the seafood platter, featuring Pacific oysters, Hervey Bay scallops, spanner crab, tiger prawns and house smoked Tasmanian salmon. Mains consist of roasted Borrowdale Porchetta, steamed Blue Eye Cod, fish fumet and salmon pearls and roasted peach.
Finish your meal with a devilishly sweet apple brandy custard with honeycomb or a traditional Christmal pudding - all served with a selection of reds, whites, sparkling and beers.
