Garden To Table
A whole new dining experience
The Garden-To-Table concept focused on cultivating local produce such as chillies, curry leaves, pandan leaves, lemon grass plants and more in the on-site garden. Our chefs craft their food using the freshest harvest, reducing carbon footprint and at the same time, creating a sustainability connection with the guests.

Our Garden. Our Community
Hartamas Garden Community
Since last year, Dorsett Hartamas Kuala Lumpur have been supporting this community-run urban garden in the neighbourhood of Hartamas. The garden is a place where communities can eat healthily, live sustainably and learn to love and protect nature together. Since last year, the hotel have been collecting its kitchen waste which is then sent to the garden to be used as compost.
