We offer valet parking at USD65 per car, per day. You simply need to let our team know at check-in that you need your car valet parked and we will assist.

We provide complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. Please pick Dorsett in your mobile device's WiFi tab and follow the prompts.

All wellness facilities on Level 7 and 8 are open 06:00 – 10:00 daily.

We offer guaranteed check-in at 3:00pm. Early check-in cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability on the day of arrival, and additional fees could apply. Check-out is 11am on the day of your departure.

The policies regarding cancellation and prepayment differ according to the accommodation rate type.

Breakfast may or may not be included in our accommodation rate. Breakfast buffets are available for $39 per person (13 years and older) and $15 per person (children 5–12 years old) each day. Children under five eat free.

At this point in time, we do not offer transfers. However, should you require a taxi, our team can easily book one for you.

If you believe you've lost something within our premises, don't worry. You can head to the front office and inform one of the staff members that you've lost something. They'll assist you in the process of checking our lost and found inventory to see if your item has been turned in.
