The Hotel is a non-smoking hotel.

The Hotel allows a child up to 6 years of age to stay for free using the existing bedding. Baby cribs are upon request and subject to availability.

Standard check-in is at 3pm. Any request for early check-in will be subject to availability and additional charges may be incurred.

Luggage storage is available for hotel guests on complimentary basis. Guests who arrive before their check-in time may store their bags until their rooms are ready to be checked in.

Standard check-out is at 11am. Any request for late check-out will be subject to availability and additional charges may be incurred.

Breakfast is chargeable at S$25.00++ per person per day, child breakfast is chargeable for 7 - 12 years old at S$15.00++ per child per day.

Please note that the hotel does not have parking facility. 

Parking at the Dorsett Residence is chargeable, you may purchase a parking voucher or use the electronic parking system. Parking voucher is S$12.00 per car per entry, please approach our concierge for assistance.

Alternatively, you may park your vehichle at Teo Hong Road Public Car Park which is 3-minutes walk from the Hotel.

Kindly be informed that our hotel does not provide complimentary shuttle bus service from the airport.

However, we are pleased to inform you the below ways to get to Dorsett Singapore from Changi Airport:

Option 1: Taxi
Taxi is available 24 hours at any taxi terminal situated at the airport arrival hall, do note that the regular sedan taxis will only be able to carry up to 04 passengers. Each taxi trunk can hold up to 3 or 4 pieces of luggage. Estimated cost of taxi fares range between SGD 30 to SGD 45 per taxi and it takes approximately 25 to 30 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and peak period at the time of boarding from the airport to the hotel. Taxis in Singapore go by metered fare. Payment is accepted in Singapore currency cash and credit/debit card.

Option 2: MRT (Metro)
Please proceed to Terminal 2 or 3 basement to get to the SMRT station. You may get on the train at Changi Airport SMRT station and make a change of train at Tanah Merah Station and get on the train heading towards Joo Koon direction and alight at Outram Park Station. We are located directly above from the Outram Park SMRT station. Proceed to take Exit 4, which is less than 02 minutes' walk to the hotel. The journey takes around 52 minutes.

Option 3: Limousine Airport Transfer
Our airport transfer can be arranged at SGD110+ to SGD 190+ per way depending on the type of vehicle, the time required, and the total number of persons travelling.
An additional fee of SGD 25 to SGD 30 (depending on the vehicle type) per way per vehicle will be applied for arrival from 2300 – 0659 hours.

Advance booking is required at least 5 days prior to arrival. A validated credit card is required to confirm the booking. Please email concierge.singapore@dorsetthotels.com for more information.

Rates quoted are in Singapore Dollars and subjected to prevailing government taxes.

The nearest ATM is located at Outram Park NEL MRT Station (UOB ATM).

For bookings made directly on our website, you may enter your reservation number and email address to cancel your reservations. For bookings made through a third-party website or agency, please contact them directly on reservations enquiry.

Alternatively, please email reservation.singapore@dorsetthotels.com and provide your booking number so that we can check if your booking allows for any changes.
