Terms and Conditions
- Applicable to Deluxe and Executive Room types (excludes twin rooms).
- Stay dates: Monday 3rd February – Friday 28th February.
- Minimum 2-night length of stay.
- Not available 2 days prior to arrival.
- Credit card guarantee upon reservation. Free cancellation 48 hours prior to arrival before 3pm AEST (hotel time). After this date, a penalty of 100% of the full stay will apply.
- By confirming your booking, you understand that, should you cancel after payment is taken, no refund is owing.
- Dorsett Melbourne is a cashless hotel, and all payments are processed via credit card.
- To ensure a smooth check-in experience, we kindly request that you bring the physical credit or debit card to complete the pre-authorization process upon check-in. The amount of $200 will be held on your credit or debit card for any incidentals. Credit Card payments will incur a merchant service fee of 1.5% on total balances.
- A 1.5% surcharge will also apply to the security deposit if you choose to use a digital wallet payment.
