Dorsett Café, now proudly certified as a "Halal Kitchen Restaurant" by the Incorporated Trustees of the Islamic Community Fund of Hong Kong.  The preparation area i.e. kitchen, is fully Halal compliant. From dawn to dusk, the café serves a variety of Halal-certified dishes, including a breakfast buffet, set menu, and in-room dining options. This ensures that every meal is not only delicious but also prepared in accordance with Halal standards.
