Thoughtfully crafted to honour tradition while elevating flavours, this limited time menu promises an indulgent culinary experience for Chinese New Year, perfect for family reunions and festive gatherings. 

The feast begins with a vibrant Traditional Lou Hei with Scallops, Prawns and Sashimi, symbolising abundance and prosperity. Guests can savour opulent dishes like Braised Whole 5-head Abalone in Supreme Oyster Sauce and Steamed Cod Fish with Jinhua Ham, a harmonious combination of delicate and savoury flavours. For the sweet finale, Dorsett Kai Tak presents Red Bean Cream with Sesame Glutinous Rice Dumplings, signifying family unity and happiness.
